The Crew

Darrion is 28 years old and lives in Hollis, OK.  He has been married for 6 years to his wonderful wife, Joy, who continues to make the ministry run smooth. He has a 2-year-old daughter named Miriam, who makes life so entertaining day and night. He is now farming and ranching full time and loving it. Not many other jobs allow a person to hunt and fish while working. Growing up in Eastern Oklahoma, all he did was play ball, hunt, and fish.  Year after year his passion to be in the outdoors has continued to grow; however, he has also received a greater passion to serve the Lord.  God’s love for Jay and Darrion and their love for the outdoors is where Hunt4Him has become a reality. Their desire is to use God’s creation to share the gospel of our Lord and Savior with others.

Jay was born and raised in southeast Oklahoma. He has been hunting since he got his first BB gun and considered rabbits and squirrels large game. In fact it wasn’t until he moved to Oklahoma City for college that he realized squirrels really aren’t considered a delicacy by most people. He continues to have a passion for hunting, and says hunting turkey is probably one of his favorites because of the thrill of the chase and the interaction between bird and hunter, both trying to prove their skill and intelligence. He has been outsmarted by more than one long beard over the years, whose brain by the way is only the size of a walnut. Jay now lives in Edmond, OK with his wife Brady where he practices physical therapy. With Darrion and Jay’s combined passion for both the outdoors and Christ, they are driven to serve God under their calling making ministry exciting for them.
